GRADES 9-12th REGISTRATION GUIDELINES FOR 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
WALK IN REGISTRATION FOR GRADES 7-12 was August 1st (Wednesday) and August 2nd (Thursday). It will be held in the Elementary Gym from 10am to 3pm.
Please print off and fill out any forms below that may apply to your student(s) this next school year and bring them to registration.
PLEASE NOTE:
IF ANY STUDENT NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR IMMUNIZATION RECORDS, WE WILL HOLDING AN IMMUNIZATION CLINIC ON AUGUST 1ST AND AUGUST 10TH FROM 12 PM - 2 PM IN THE ELEMENTARY GYM!
REMEMBER IF ANY STUDENT'S IMMUNIZATIONS ARE NOT UP TO DATE BEFORE THE 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND SCHOOL UNTIL THEY ARE UPDATED.
