Parent Accounts In SchoolFusion
Setting Up Your Parent Account
[NOTE: The username and password you select are case sensitive]
1. Click on the link below to access the Registration page(it will open in a new page so you may refer back to these instructions). Enter the ALA Student ID number and the Phone Number listed in SIS for up to four students. If you have more than four students you may add them once your account has been created. The Phone Number should be entered as shown below:
CORRECT: 8011234567
INCORRECT: 801-123-4567
INCORRECT: 801.123.4567
NOTE: If you do not know your student's ID number, you may contact the front office of their school and get that information.
2. Enter your email address or a username, your first and last name and a password.
3. Once you click the gray button your account is now active and you may access your student's accounts. If you have more than four students, you may add them at this time.
TO ACCESS STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND TO ADD MORE STUDENTS
1. Click on the green and gray 'My Family' link on the left. The My Family page gives you an overview of all of your students.
2. Click on the '(Add your student)' link.
3. Submit your student's information for their accounts to become connected to yours. Once that happens you can look at their homework assignements for each class, upcoming tests, fieldtrips, in-school events, etc. You may also receive a daily e-mail update containing each student's assignments.
TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
1. Click on 'My Personal Settings' link on the left.
2. You may update your username, password, name and e-mail address here. You may also update the way you are notified by SchoolFusion.
